KeBeK Private Equity conclut un accord avec Parcom sur l'entrée dans Yource

The Belgian investment fund KeBeK has reached an agreement with the Dutch investment company Parcom about an entry into Yource. Parcom will hereby become the majority shareholder of the company, while the management and KeBeK remain shareholders in the new combination.
