Ast Verbiest

Ast co-founded KeBeK Private Equity in 2012, and is Partner.

From 2004 to 2012, he was an Investment Director in the KBC Private Equity team, where he worked on buyouts, development capital and mezzanine transactions, mainly in Belgium, the Czech Republic and Slovenia.

Prior to joining KBC Private Equity, he worked for Gemini Consulting in Belgium, the Netherlands, UK, Portugal and South-Africa on a broad range of strategic projects in diverse industries. Ast also worked for bpost, as manager of business planning and development.

Ast holds an MSc in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Leuven and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
