Gert Van Huffel

Gert co-founded KeBeK Private Equity in 2012, and is Managing Partner.

Prior to KeBeK, he worked for KBC Group. From 1996 to 2000 he was mainly involved in advising on M&A transactions as part of KBC Securities. In 2000 he joined the KBC Private Equity team as Investment Director, where he worked on buyout, development capital and mezzanine projects in Belgium and neighbouring countries.

Previously, Gert was active with Investco (corporate finance) and worked as a research fellow at Ghent University.

Gert holds an MSc in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University and a Master in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.
